California quietly opened the Remote Operations Resilience Grant (RORG) for businesses that provide their services online or operate hybrid teams. This includes tech firms, marketing agencies, consulting shops, and even remote legal/accounting providers.

Grant size: $7,500–$12,500
Who qualifies:
Business must have been fully or partially remote in 2024
Minimum 2 full-time W2 employees
Must show revenue drop or stagnant growth in Q1 2025
Use of funds: Upgrade infrastructure (software, security, remote workflows)
